Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
Items remain unused.
Items are returned in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
Used candles.
Custom or personalized items.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Once approved, refunds will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exception: If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs.
